Since winter quarter of 2022, Niq Ruud has been PUC’s director of student involvement– a role he has had to manage studentorganizations and clubs, the Student Association, and the Campus Center, along with facilitating various campus events and activities, community service opportunities, and new student orientation, among other things.
Therefore, it is important to direct students to key resources within the platform, including the StudentOrganization Directory and Centralized Campus Calendar of events. Outside of a dedicated community platform, students should be directed to other resources used to learn about campus engagement opportunities.
Lafayette College, a small, private institution in Pennsylvania, took applications from LLCs to take over a decommissioned sorority house, and the winning proposal came from OUT, the college’s relatively new LGBTQ+ studentorganization.
