The CSUEB Pathfinders Institute is dedicated to enhancing culturally relevant professionaldevelopment through an intensive two-week program for faculty teaching critical first-year courses. The Village is located near campus and provides wraparound services including case management, counseling and tutoring.
Seeing this need, I initiated the creation of a professionaldevelopment series designed to enhance graduate assistants’ (GAs) capabilities, and empower their growth and development as assessment professionals. Identify your priorities. Narrow down your goals for the series.
