We ask all students, faculty, and staff to carefully review the University’s Hazing Prevention and Discipline policy. The policy defines hazing at VCU and describes conduct that constitutes hazing. At VCU, hazing is antithetical to our values and has no place within our university community.

National Hazing Prevention Week 2021

StopHazing.org , another prominent non-profit in hazing prevention, completed a national survey of over 11,000 students and found that 47% of those students nationwide have experienced hazing before they enter college. Additionally, the study found that 3 in 5 students surveyed are subjected to hazing while in college.
