The Chairperson is generally from the same program discipline while the evaluators could be serving or retired professionals. The evaluation team is also given adequate training/orientation through seminars or workshops beforehand. This document list is provided by the NBA and is also available on the NBA website.
We need to be well informed about our own education system because this is the system that we are measuring an internationalprogram against. and assess an internationalprogram. I was fortunate enough to participate in a number of these workshops. So the absence of that is your first stumbling block.
