Donut Run The donut run is a 5k event at Hope during One Big Weekend that raises money for Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital. The atmosphere of the race was crazy, with students, faculty, community members in Holland and so many people participating. Each year, adults run 3.4 At the finish line, there are donuts.

So far in my three years at Hope, I have been a part of a variety of student organizations. Since last semester and continuing this year, I am the Co-Editor-in-Chief of the College’s student newspaper – The Anchor. The Anchor seeks to foster campus-wide awareness of student and faculty stories as well as societal news.
