Of all things I was awakened from my dogmatic slumbers by a Medium article encouraging library managers to embed creativity in their libraries. And I believe library managers should be encouraging and nurturing and all that, but I know they often aren’t. I feel at my best as a critic. That isn’t meant as an insult.
