While some individual campuses have emerged as success stories around college completion, growth in the nation’s college completion rate has stalled at 62.2%, according to a new report from the National Student Clearinghouse Research Center.

A Nebraska lawmaker introduced a bill last week that would end tenure protections across the state’s public colleges.
