Comments received on the first draft have been used to develop a second draft, which is now being made available to all students and staff to comment on. The RA is a self-evaluative document that covers how we are working to enhance the student learning experience. WHY SHOULD I COMMENT ON THE DRAFT REFLECTIVE ANALYSIS?
The team members’ holistic goals included extending the valuable project management skills gained on the MSc, building confidence through obtaining knowledge in new areas, enhancing personal skills such as team working and time-management and developing and benefitting from a constantly evolving peer-review process.

Without changing the rationale or the key content of this crucial first year skills course, the order of topics was re-arranged to correspond better to the deadlines of first year course work, in response to student feedback.
The most recent of which is Project DIEM (Developing Intermediate Educational Materials). The project developed and documented eight STEM workshops to be taught in schools in Ghana using only basic teaching resources. Six years later the project is still developing.
As each student progresses through the role of Design Agency intern, junior, senior, and director, their level of responsibility and workload increases. Each encounter of this spiral curriculum is assessed through reflective documentation often using diaries, blogs, films and pecha-kucha style presentations.
