We were working with colleges 10 years ago who are building communitycollege baccalaureate programs. So these are, you know, bachelor’s degrees program at communitycolleges. All of this stuff is going on in colleges. We looked at manufacturing, healthcare, and IT.
As we think about our post-pandemic recovery, the rising cost of inflation, and what’s happening in public downtowns, our university, San Jose State University, one of the significant attributes of our community is being located in a downtown urban core. So there is a lot of excitement about those types of things in the tech community.
And then in the talent triad, employers throughout the state can customize that so we can see the skill shape and the nuance how, you know, a certified production technician looks in aerospace versus shipbuilding versus automotive manufacturing. So we’ve got to have more virtual service delivery.
