Women pursuing careers in technical fields can benefit from campus careerservices, according to a joint study by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) and Cornell Tech initiative Break Through Tech.
The center will provide personalized advising, mentoring, opportunities, and resources for various career pathways to Brown’s undergraduates, Ph.D. Instead of offering just generalized careerservices, this revamped center will seek to have knowledge bases and advising about specific industry sectors.
