We just kind of talked about wages are rising and when you work at a two-year institution, it can be really hard to adjust your wages to accommodate what's happening in industry. We're telling students they have to meet with the bursar and they're saying to themselves, "Who or what is the bursar and what do I need to see with them?"
Our second cohort concluded in December 2021, our third cohort wrapped up in spring 2022, our fourth occurred in fall 2022, and our fifth occurred in spring 2023. And in this "post-pandemic opportunity," we as an entire industry need to be thinking about how we show up in a way that students are asking for, which is usually on their phones, on their desktop, some sort of electronic version of a service or conversation, and to allow them to raise their hand, to opt in to ask for a thing.
