Thats what allows you to work with me effectively, despite my very different cognitive architecture. Teenagers become better at managing social complexity, but cognitive empathy is still developing due to ongoing brain maturation. The best scaffolds dont just support learning; they help students adopt a more effective way of thinking.
Then I found a unique company – it was as if a management consultancy and an architecture firm had a baby. I believe the Survey of StudentEngagement started tracking belonging two years ago. I suspect that being able to provide those services for students is another good bucket. It’s less so for some groups.
