In every dorm, RAs put on different events such as weekly pancake nights that help students have a home base, even when living away from home. Outside of the dorm, Counseling and Psychological Services and CampusMinistries chaplains are helpful resources that offer support in the transition to independent living.
A way that I’m going to start this conversation is by attending the event series “Life After College” which is put on by the Career Development Center , CampusMinistries , and the Senior Seminar program. The way I tend to think about this convenient bubble is in terms of my email signature.
I also work for the Hope Admissions Blog, writing pieces like the one you’re reading right now! I’ve always loved writing — and I love Hope — so writing for the Admissions Blog has also been such a special thing for me. My blogging job is a lot more flexible, and all virtual. Benedict Institute on campus offers Catholic mass every day and the sacrament of adoration every Tuesday in St. Additionally, the St.
Hope’s campusministries played the largest part in my faith journey. I have also participated in a bible study through Hope’s campusministries, and this gave me a community that supported me through my walk with Christ, something I have never experienced before.
