Once a student enters college, however, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, or Section 504, and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) take over. Students with learning disabilities or ADHD, however, may be entitled to reasonable academic services and aids based on the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Section 504, and ADA.
A staggering 79% of Gen Z students embrace digital wallets with 49% of Gen Z reported being “extremely interested” in using digital wallets to store documents. Ensuring that payment systems comply with ADA accessibility standards is also critical. And they want to pay with the easiest and most convenient method.
We have added new staff to ensure we can fully support the Goucher community: Director: The director is tasked with monitoring necessary accommodations, working with faculty and staff to ensure compliance with the ADA, and, thus, promoting program access, including both facilities and technology access.
