Parallels with industry were plentiful, which allowed us to continue to promote the Design Agency scheme at Open Days as producing graduates who are 100% employable. For example, students from all undergraduate levels, along with their voluntary industry mentors, have worked together remotely on TEAMS since March 2020.
Indeed, it evokes everything that partnership working should be, whilst also making clear that community is both the means and end product of instituting partnership within our universities ( Mercer-Mapstone and Abbott, 2020 ). As a result, the benefits of partnership can be multifaceted and all-encompassing ( Alison, 2017 ).
