Since 2018, the graduation rate for Latine/x students has increased from 24% to 34%. Through the Alliance to Accelerate Excellence in Education, CSUSM guarantees admission to eligible high school students in 18 districts, many with majority Latinx populations. Currently, 60.1% of the Fresno State student population is Latinx.
