In September 2016 Sally Brown , an assessment, learning and teaching in higher education consultant, was invited to speak. The most recent session in February 2017 was particularly well received by the participants. Additionally, I held consultations with a number of undergraduates who provided feedback on their learning experience in history and were encouraged to nominate staff who they felt had been good tutors, had provided particularly helpful feedback for assessments, and were effective lecturers. My role also ensures that tutors have someone who can be consulted and who can arrange support around specific challenges that teaching presents. Her work includes the development of support for Postgraduate Tutors within the School of Divinity. Apr 6, 2017
Aug 10, 2017 All project documents can be found on the QAA Scotland website. She makes presentations at many university events, international conferences and was awarded the Best Presenter at the 2014 EUSA Internationalisation Conference.
