In contrast to Zovio’s fate, Graham Holdings has not been forced out of the 2017 deal in which it sold predatory for-profit Kaplan University to an Indiana state institution, Purdue University. But, reading the school’s agreement with Zovio , Arizona may be out of luck on that score. —
